Job Summary

Deploy staff education aligned with system initiatives, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based best practices through didactic sessions, just-in-time training, and coaching. Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate adoption of specialty programs and optimize clinical performance and EHR documentation. Partner with department leadership to identify educational needs and provide feedback for system-wide growth. Support specialty onboarding and represent the defined specialty on hospital committees. Requires RN licensure, BLS/ACLS certifications, three years of clinical experience, and proficiency in electronic health records. Located in Calistoga, CA, this full-time role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Electronic Health Records software
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
  • Current Advanced Life Saving as appropriate for area of specialty
  • AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS
  • All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience
  • Three years of recent experience as a clinical nurse / area of specialty ie. perinatal, critical care, emergency, perioperative, or medical surgical
  • Experience in education
  • Certification in Specialty Area
