Job Summary

Deploy staff education within defined specialties to align with system initiatives, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based best practices. Deliver just-in-time training, coaching, and documentation support to optimize frontline performance. Partner with subject matter experts and department leadership to identify educational needs and validate adoption of system programs. Provide specialty feedback to drive clinical best practices and EHR optimization while supporting onboarding processes. Represent the defined specialty on assigned hospital committees. Requires RN licensure, BLS/ACLS certifications, and proficiency in Electronic Health Records software.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Electronic Health Records software
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
  • Current Advanced Life Saving as appropriate for area of specialty
  • AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS
  • All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
  • Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience
  • Three years of recent experience as a clinical nurse / area of specialty ie. perinatal, critical care, emergency, perioperative, or medical surgical
  • Experience in education
  • Certification in Specialty Area
