Job Summary
Accurately assesses residents' health status and educational/environmental needs on admission and ongoing, develops dynamic care plans through an interdisciplinary approach, communicates plans to IDT members and families, documents care plans, identifies nursing interventions including medications and IVs, uses SBARR for physician notification, contributes to QAPI-driven problem resolution, assists with ADLs and resident care, maintains knowledge of nursing best practices, and may be assigned other duties as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state you will be working
- Education from an accredited school of nursing resulting in becoming a registered nurse
- CPR/AED certification required, or willing to obtain within six months of employment
