Provide patient-centered nursing care in Solid Organ Transplant PCU. Assess patient condition at admission and during shifts; perform procedures and administer medications, with thorough documentation of care in the medical record. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatments, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up steps; act as an advocate for patients and families; collaborate with medical providers and care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
