Job Summary
Registered Nurse in Solid Organ Transplant Progressive Care Unit delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include assessing patients on admission and each shift, performing procedures and medication administration, documenting care, responding to patient needs, and educating patients/families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up. Requires ACLS and BCLS within specified timelines; minimum 1 year acute care RN experience with transplant/PCU experience preferred. BSN preferred; magnet hospital experience noted. Schedule: Full-Time Nights (7P-7A) with potential sign-on bonus up to $20k.
Required Qualifications
- (RN) Registered Nurse
- Associate Degree; BSN required w/12 month enrollment and 24 month completion (Magnet Hospital)
- Minimum 1 year Acute Care RN experience required; PCU and Transplant experience preferred
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
