Registered Nurse - Solid Organ Transplant PCU in Plano, TX. Full-time days (7A-7P) with up to a $20k sign-on bonus. Responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the Solid Organ Transplant Progressive Care Unit, collaborating with medical providers and care team, administering medications, monitoring patient status, documenting care, and educating patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up steps. Key duties include assessing patient condition on admission and each shift, performing procedures as ordered, ensuring thorough documentation, responding to patient needs, and translating complex medical terminology for patient understanding. Qualifications include RN license, Associate Degree with BRN requirements, ACLS within 6 months, BLS within 30 days, and minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience.
