Conduct Start of Care Assessments, wound care, medication management, and infusions in home visits across Sarasota, Venice, and Fort Myers. Perform daily diagnostic imaging coverage including patient intake and care coordination. Maintain EVV records via Kantime software and adhere to Florida background screening protocols. Requires at least one year of prior home care experience and a valid Florida nursing license. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
