Job Summary
Conduct admission and periodic assessments on residents for functional and mental abilities, reviewing and revising care plans at admission, periodically, or upon change in resident condition. Administer and document medications adhering to the five rights, provide medical treatments as ordered, and supervise self-administering residents. Monitor residents for condition changes, report updates to physicians and supervisors, assist with nutritional and hydration needs, and maintain confidentiality of private health information. Maintain a valid RN license with at least one year of skilled nursing experience.
