Job Summary
Develop a comprehensive approach to resident care and oversee daily operations of the Skilled Transitional Unit. Supervise and assist with daily tasks while developing care plans in conjunction with associates and the Nurse Manager. Document all changes related to resident conditions and report any concerns regarding residents or policy procedures to the Nurse Manager. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure rehabilitative services are delivered effectively. This role supports the Long Term Care team at our premier healthcare provider in the Finger Lakes region, offering a competitive hourly range of $38.00-50.00 with a fixed shift schedule requiring no rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of approved RN nursing program with AAS or BSN
- Valid NYS license as a RN
- BLS
- Excellent organizational skills

- 1 yr. experience in Long Term Care or acute care
