Job Summary
The RN will provide skilled nursing care for residents in the Skilled Transitional Unit, focusing on rehabilitative services and overseeing daily operations. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans, supervising daily tasks and resident care, documenting changes in resident conditions, and reporting any concerns related to residents or policies. Ideal candidates will have a valid NYS RN license and BLS certification, along with strong organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of approved RN nursing program with AAS or BSN
- Valid NYS license as a RN
- BLS
Desired Qualifications
- 1 yr. experience in Long Term Care or acute care desired but not required
- Experience with guiding nursing through the regulatory survey process
- Excellent organizational skills
