Job Summary
Supervise employees, conduct interviews, hire, train, and manage performance while directing work and resolving complaints. Coordinate care services, ensure proper admission assessments, and lead interdisciplinary conferences to develop resident care plans. Conduct quality assurance rounds, audit clinical records, and develop staffing plans to meet direct care needs and regulatory requirements. Maintain 24-hour availability as an on-call nursing administration resource. Requires one year of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility and a current California RN license.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility
- 6 months training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
- Clear/Current Registered Nurse license in the state of California
