Supervise employees by interviewing, hiring, training, and directing work while appraising performance and resolving complaints. Coordinate care services, improve plan implementation, and conduct quality assessment rounds to monitor regulatory compliance. Ensure proper admission assessments, including home visits, and develop staffing plans to meet direct care needs. Audit clinical records for accuracy and lead interdisciplinary conferences to develop care plans. Maintain 24-hour availability as an administration resource through on-call and telephone access. Requires one year of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility, six months in rehabilitative nursing, and a current California RN license.
