Directly supervise employees by interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, appraising performance, and resolving complaints. Coordinate care services, ensure proper resident assessments prior to admission, and conduct quality assessment rounds for regulatory compliance. Develop staffing plans to meet direct care needs and audit clinical records for accuracy and comprehensive resident assessments. Lead interdisciplinary conferences to develop adequate plans of care. Maintain 24-hour availability as a nursing administration resource through on-call and telephone access. Requires one year of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility, six months in rehabilitative nursing, and a current California RN license. FT 3pm-11pm shift.
