RN Skilled Nursing

Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients in their home environment. Promote optimal health and safety through the nursing process while adhering to patient care standards and the State Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care and organizational mission. Provide patient education on medications, disease processes, wound care, ostomy teaching, and IV/PICC infusions. Work full-time days within a 60-mile radius of Colorado Springs, allowing clinicians to self-schedule caseloads around personal and patient needs.
