Job Summary
Experienced RN sought for a Stamford, CT-based Skilled Nursing/Sub-Acute facility. Responsibilities include accurately assessing resident status, observing and reporting changes, coordinating care with physicians and families, supervising CNAs and LPNs, promoting resident independence, responding to emergencies, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting a culture of dignity and exceptional service. Qualifications require CT RN license, CPR certification, graduation from an accredited RN program, and 1–2 years of nursing experience with older adults; strong communication, clinical, and leadership skills are highly valued. Required Qualifications
- Current Connecticut RN license
