RN Site Manager will supervise and coordinate nursing care for Hospice and PATH patients across assigned geographic areas, lead department operations, ensure policy adherence, manage staffing and training, drive performance improvement, oversee environment of care, and collaborate across departments to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Two (2) years as a registered nurse
- RN license recognized by NCSBN or licensed to practice in state of work
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
