Job Summary
RN Site Manager oversees nursing care for Hospice and PATH patients; provides leadership by coordinating and integrating services within the department and with other departments; ensures adherence to policies and procedures; monitors costs; manages department HR, staffing, orientation and education; designs and monitors operational processes, analyzes data for performance improvement, and participates in inter-department PI activities; maintains environment of care to reduce hazards and ensure safety for patients, staff, and visitors; requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and two years of RN experience; valid RN license and driver's license with acceptable MVR/auto insurance; position located at Blount Memorial Hospital in Maryville, TN; full-time, day shift.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Two (2) years as a registered nurse
- Current RN license recognized in state
- Driver's license and acceptable MVR/auto insurance
