Job Summary
Responsible for supervising shift/unit/department activities, including staffing and administrative responsibilities. Requires 2 years of technical and supervisory experience. Key responsibilities include delegating staff duties, managing shift staffing and supervision, monitoring workload, and assisting Unit Manager with daily operations. Must hold a current Illinois RN license and relevant certifications such as BLS and ACLS.
