Job Summary
Oversee daily nursing department operations as RN Shift Supervisor during evening hours, providing leadership, coaching, and oversight to RNs, LPNs, and STNAs; ensure resident care adheres to regulatory standards and organizational policy; assist with admissions, assessments, care planning, and clinical decision-making; monitor staffing levels, respond to emergencies, support direct-care staff in complex situations; ensure accurate documentation and EMR compliance; collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes and promote a positive, resident-centered environment; requires current Ohio RN license and nursing program graduate status with supervisory experience preferred; benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, PTO/holiday pay, 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for professional development and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Current Ohio RN license in good standing with the Ohio Board of Nursing
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory nursing experience preferred
- Post‐acute care experience preferred
- Experience with PointClickCare EMR preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
