RN Shift Supervisor - Every Other Weekend 7p-7a

Supervise all nursing personnel and nursing-related functions on a specific shift while assessing staffing and resident needs to direct care. Manage day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department, working predominantly with an adult geriatric population, and serve as a role model by providing safe, effective, and efficient nursing care. Supervise clinical aspects of nursing and interface with others to ensure efficient unit operations. Maintain clinical competency by seeking opportunities for personal growth and expanding responsibilities.
