Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee all nursing activities during your shift at CareOne at Lexington, ensuring strict adherence to State, Federal, and facility policies. Serve as Administration's primary representative in the Director of Nursing's absence, delegating authority and maintaining the highest quality care standards. Manage long-term care, skilled nursing, and short-term rehab units while acting as the on-site leadership voice for your tour of duty. Full-time role (3-11pm) requires an RN license, 1+ years of supervisory experience, and a Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or and accredited RN program
- 1+ year experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility
- Actively licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN/LVN
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or and accredited RN program is preferred
- graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program and currently enrolled in an approved RN program and actively pursuing an RN Licensure
- Prefer experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long Term Care Federal Regulations
