RN Shift Manager - Behavioral Health

The RN Shift Manager in Behavioral Health is responsible for coordinating patient care during the designated night shift. This position works under the Director of Patient Care Services and requires the nursing process and organizational skills to manage staff and ensure appropriate patient care tailored to the age and developmental level of the patients.
