Job Summary
The Registered Nurse provides nursing services and medical/psychiatric support to individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries, substance abuse issues and/or emotional/behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include conducting medical assessments, developing and implementing service plans with physicians, reviewing and updating nursing care plans, maintaining medical records, administering medications, and coordinating care with primary care physicians and specialists. The role involves promoting health and wellness, documenting care activities, training staff and mentors, participating in IHP/POC teams, and supporting home-based care, with per diem, hourly pay, and travel as needed. Location: Granite Bay, CA; Per Diem, hourly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- One year experience working with medically complex individuals
- Current state RN License
- Current BLS
