Job Summary
RN Sepsis Coordinator role responsible for evaluating delivery of care systems and ensuring compliance with quality measures through concurrent and retrospective reviews, staff education on sepsis, and driving improvement initiatives. Coordinates Sepsis Program by collaborating with Medical Staff, Education Team, and liaisoning with the Emergency Department and ICU; develops and maintains research protocols, drafts meeting agendas/minutes, and supports data reporting to Quality Department and benchmarking agencies. Requires BSN (RN license), BLS and ACLS, with 2+ years in emergency or critical care and 5+ years in acute care; preferred Master’s in Nursing or healthcare administration. Strong emphasis on process improvement, staff development, effective communication, and change leadership within a faith-based hospital setting. Payscale provided: $32.48-$60.42 hourly equals $67,558-$125,674 annualized. Religious affiliation disclosed but role remains clinical leadership within Sepsis Program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Nursing (Required)

- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) (Required)
