RN – Senior Care role providing direct and indirect patient care across age groups in a nursing unit. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, adhering to regulatory standards and hospital policies, communicating changes in patients’ condition with physicians and team members, and supporting teaching for patients and families. Requires RN licensure in Arkansas, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and BLS certification. Duties include clinical nursing care, medication administration following the seven rights, and coordination with GNs/LPNs to ensure safe, age-appropriate care in a fast-paced environment.
