RN-Seasonal Emergency Room

Assess patients accurately based on medical condition, administer ordered medications, and provide care appropriate to the patient's condition and age. Formulate teaching plans for patients and families, prioritize patient care effectively, and assist physicians with procedures requiring technical skills. Identify psychosocial needs, communicate with social services regarding discharge planning, and promote safety by reducing unnecessary harm. Demonstrate cost-effective practices and assume lifelong learning related to the nursing profession. Requires two years of recent emergency nursing experience, RN licensure, and ACLS/PALS certifications.
