RN SANE PRN/On-Call

Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with organizational policies, protocols, and the nursing process. Conduct thorough patient assessments, administer prescribed medications, and monitor for side effects. Analyze telemetry data to track heart rhythms and vital signs, reporting abnormalities to physicians. Respond to medical emergencies, including cardiac arrest, and participate in life-saving interventions. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide patient and family education on medical conditions and post-discharge care. Maintain regular and reliable attendance while complying with all policies and standards.
