Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments covering physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs while administering and documenting medications per hospital policy. Implement individualized care plans, evaluate outcomes, and prepare patients for discharge with coordination of post-discharge services. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to support optimal patient recovery in a fast-paced same-day surgery environment. Maintain competency through adherence to safety, risk management, and regulatory standards, including BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Completion of one year previous or related work experience
- Registered Nurse: WA
- Basic Life Support - CPR
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors Of Science Nursing
- One year of related work experience in an acute care setting
- related work experience in a free-standing surgery center
- Certified Nurse Operating Room
