Job Summary
Deliver exceptional resident care and motivate staff while maintaining strong relationships within Friendship Village's premier Life Plan Community in St. Louis. Provide restorative nursing services to active-minded senior adults, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Demonstrate high-level customer service and utilize MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support facility goals. Requires current nursing license, three years of nursing management experience in senior care, geriatric/rehabilitation background, and CPR certification. Full-time role with $6,000 sign-on bonus, on-demand pay, and 403b matching benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current nursing license
- CPR Certification
- Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experienced with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Demonstrate the highest level of customer/client services and response
Desired Qualifications
- Three years of nursing management experience in senior care preferred
- Geriatric/rehabilitation experience with a good understanding of restorative nursing
- Strong positive attitude toward customer service
