Job Summary
Grounded in home health nursing, the RN/RPN provides and coordinates nursing services for adults in home and community settings, performing assessments, care planning, monitoring and evaluation, ensuring documentation and adherence to standards, and coordinating with supervisors and case coordinators. Requires vehicle access and a valid Ontario driver’s license; offers part-time schedules with potential for varied client visits and a compensation package including a per-visit rate and potential annual earnings in the six-figure range depending on service volumes. Strong emphasis on client-centered care, professionalism, communication, leadership, and ongoing professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- RPN diploma/degree from a recognized university or college
- Valid First Aid or CPR Certification
- Acute Care and Medical-Surgical nursing experience is an asset
- Knowledge of community nursing is an asset
- A valid Ontario driver’s license (G license) and a reliable vehicle for traveling is required
