RN - ROBOTICS PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Manage the Robotics Program by developing clinical pathways, maintaining robotic equipment functionality, and overseeing the surgical schedule. Support the Department, staff, and physicians by assisting with orders, inventory management, and updating OR protocols. Maintain a strong clinical presence by providing direct patient care across populations, monitoring patient positioning during procedures, and communicating continuously with surgeons and anesthesiologists. Evaluate robotic staff competency, participate in performance improvement activities, and assess operating room readiness. Report quality data to the Robotics Steering Committee and assist in physician recruitment. Requires current Nevada RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
