RN - ROBOTICS PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Develop and maintain clinical pathways for robotic surgery teams while managing the surgical schedule and monitoring equipment functionality. Support the department, staff, and physicians by overseeing robotic inventory, updating OR protocols, and reporting quality data to the steering committee. Provide direct patient care across populations, monitor and position patients during procedures, and ensure operating room readiness by assessing equipment and obtaining supplies. Advise surgical robotic staff on competency evaluations and participate in performance improvement activities. Maintain continuous communication with surgeons and anesthesiologists regarding patient conditions.
