RN - ROBOTICS PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Develop and maintain clinical pathways for robotic surgery teams while managing the surgical schedule and monitoring equipment functionality. Assist in marketing the robotic program, recruiting physicians, and overseeing staff competency evaluations. Provide direct patient care across populations, monitor procedures, and ensure operating room readiness. Maintain inventory, update hospital protocols, and report quality data to the steering committee. Participate in performance improvement activities and communicate continuously with surgeons and anesthesiologists. Requires current Nevada RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and preferred acute care OR experience. Full-time position with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
