RN - ROBOTICS PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Manage the Robotics Program by developing clinical pathways, maintaining robotic equipment, and overseeing the surgical schedule. Support the Department, staff, and physicians by managing inventory, updating protocols, and reporting quality data to the Steering Committee. Provide direct patient care across populations, monitor procedures, and ensure operating room readiness while participating in performance improvement activities. Advise the surgical robotic staff on competency evaluations and assist in physician recruitment. Maintain a strong clinical presence and communicate continuously with surgeons and anesthesiologists regarding patient conditions.
