RN-RESOURCE-TIER I - L&D Nurse min 2 years L&D experience

Administer medications within scope and hospital policy while assessing, evaluating, and documenting the physical and mental status of assigned patients. Coordinate and develop comprehensive care plans with all health care disciplines, perform and assist with medical and nursing procedures, and provide pertinent health care education to patients and families. Communicate patient status updates using SBAR and interpret lab and diagnostic results to ensure safety goals are met. Requires extensive knowledge of medical equipment, strong critical thinking skills, and a compassionate attitude. Minimum of two years L&D experience is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
