RN - Resource Team/Float Pool - Per Diem - Nights

Provide patient assessment and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers. Coordinate patient plans of care to ensure interventions are consistent, safe, timely, and appropriate. Communicate clearly with all customers in person, on the phone, and in writing. Individualize patient and family teaching based on thorough assessments to meet specific learning needs. Participate in evaluating quality and effectiveness of nursing practice through quality improvement initiatives while maintaining professional knowledge in current standards, laws, and regulations. Work nights from 7pm to 7:30am with weekend coverage as needed, requiring a minimum commitment of 48 hours every six weeks.
