Job Summary
Assess patients and collect health data while coordinating care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate. Provide individualized teaching based on thorough assessments and communicate effectively with patients, families, and providers in person, on the phone, and in writing. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice standards and maintain current knowledge of laws and regulations. Requires an Associate's or BSN degree, Illinois licensure, and CPR certification. Work nights from 7pm to 7:30am with weekend availability, earning $36.00 to $55.80 hourly. Per diem commitment includes at least 48 hours every 6 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work at least 48 hours every 6 weeks, including 12 hours of weekend time
- Hours: 7pm - 7:30am
- Weekend as needed
- Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
