RN Residential Nurse

Evaluate medication management practices and direct care of client medical needs within Residential Treatment Services for adults with serious mental illness, substance misuse, or homelessness. Coordinate physical health needs with medical providers and oversee client well-being through an interdisciplinary team approach. Partner with the Program Director to achieve positive outcomes using a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and person-centered care model. Work under supervision of the Program Director, Nursing Director, and Vice President Continuous Quality Improvement, with medical consultation and peer supervision available.
