Job Summary
Lead Residential nursing operations and clinical services for youth in Residential Treatment and Emergency Shelter programs. Provide clinical oversight, staff development, and operational support; supervise nursing staff and CMAs; ensure safe, high-quality nursing care and medication management; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams; monitor resident health and respond to changes; ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to quality improvement, safety, and infection prevention efforts. Requires BSN, Kentucky RN license, 5 years RN experience with leadership experience, CPR/First Aid, and proficiency with EHR systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current, unencumbered Kentucky RN license
- Five years of RN experience; psychiatric, residential, or acute care experience preferred
- Two years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (provided if needed)
- Experience with EHR systems
