Job Summary
Conduct patient care as an RN Resident within the Resource Team Float Pool at Kadlec Regional Medical Center, delivering whole-person care across multiple shifts. Work full-time, variable shifts totaling 36 hours weekly, rotating through various locations as needed to support the hospital's resource team. Maintain Washington Registered Nurse licensure and BLS certification upon hire, applying specialized training to ensure safe, compassionate care for patients in the Richland facility.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less

- Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty, unless otherwise indicated
