RN Resident - Program Application - Cohort 43 February 15, 2027

Conduct evidence-based patient care under the direction of an assigned preceptor or mentor while participating in classroom, simulation, and clinical learning experiences. Synthesize data from multiple sources to determine courses of action, implement nursing plans based on scientific rationale, and integrate the nursing process into patient care. Demonstrate organizational skills in prioritizing care and managing time, human, and material resources. Recognize limitations, request assistance as needed, and display flexibility and self-reliance as a care team member. Assume responsibility for own learning needs and professional development. Submit an on-line application, professional résumé, and RN Residency Form by September 29, 2026, and complete an employment agreement committing to a specific Legacy unit for at least 12 months.
