Job Summary
RN Resident program for new graduates in multiple specialties (Med/Surg Oncology, OB/Post Partum, NICU, Labor and Delivery) at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. The role starts Aug 24, 2026 and is a Full-Time position with Day and Night shifts. The residency provides a structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by experienced preceptors to develop expertise in chosen specialty. Eligible candidates are recent graduates with ≤12 months of experience who will obtain or hold California RN licensure and BLS prior to hire. Locations include Santa Rosa, CA. Supported specialties include Med/Surg Oncology, OB/Post Partum, NICU, Labor and Delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
