Job Summary
RN Residency Program at Queen Of The Valley Medical Center for new graduates (≤12 months of experience) starting August 24, 2026. Full-Time positions with Day and Night shifts available. Provides a structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience guided by experienced preceptors to develop expertise in multiple specialties (ICU Days, Med Surg Nights, Labor and Delivery Nights, Telemetry). Includes commitment to the Providence mission and culture of patient-focused care, with support for professional growth and financial security. Location: Napa, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
