Job Summary
RN Residency program for recent graduates and nursing students at Healdsburg Hospital. Provides structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience guided by experienced preceptors to become an expert in the chosen specialty. Specialties offered include Med Surg (Day & Night) and Emergency (Day). Starts August 24, 2026. Full-time, day and night shifts. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and California RN license upon hire, plus BLS. Ideal for newly licensed RNs with 6 months of experience or less. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 6 months of experience or less
