Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Coordinate patient care activities for assigned staff and cultivate communication skills to engage colleagues and support patients. Develop clinical judgment to recognize changes in patient conditions and participate in cohort experiences for peer socialization alongside didactic training tailored to new graduates.
