RN Residency Spring 2027 - Piedmont Macon

Develop clinical judgment to recognize patient condition changes and urgency while cultivating communication skills for colleague and patient engagement. Participate in cohort experiences for peer socialization and complete didactic content tailored to new graduates. Apply nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients from birth through the lifecycle within organizational policies. Engage in a 12-month, comprehensive transition-to-practice program with precepted orientation and blended learning experiences starting February 2027.
