RN Residency Spring 2027 - Piedmont Macon North

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Coordinate patient care activities for assigned staff and function within established policies and procedures. Develop clinical judgment to recognize changes in patient condition and cultivate communication skills to engage colleagues and support patients. Participate in cohort experiences for peer socialization and complete didactic content tailored to new graduates. Complete precepted orientation with dedicated mentors and blend learning experiences. Operate in acute care, critical care, emergency, women's services, cardiovascular, surgical, or transplant units. Maintain a current Georgia RN license and BLS certification.
