RN Residency Spring 2027 - Piedmont Eastside

Develop clinical judgment to rapidly recognize changes in patient conditions and urgency while cultivating communication skills to engage colleagues and support patients. Participate in cohort experiences designed for peer socialization and strengthen professional commitment through blended learning and precepted orientation led by dedicated mentors. Learn didactic content tailored to new graduates from professional nursing organizations across Acute Care, Critical Care, Emergency, Women's Services, Cardiovascular, Surgical, and Transplant units. Complete a 12-month comprehensive transition-to-practice program starting February/March 2027 with full-time or part-time scheduling options.
