Job Summary
Develop clinical judgment to rapidly recognize changes in patient conditions and cultivate communication skills for engaging colleagues and supporting patients. Participate in cohort experiences designed to promote peer socialization while learning didactic content tailored for new graduates. Apply nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients from birth through the lifecycle within the organization's policies. The 12-month program begins February 2027, combining precepted orientation with blended learning to facilitate transition to practice. Opportunities span Acute Care, Critical Care, Emergency, Women's Services, Cardiovascular, Surgical, and Transplant units.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program
- New Graduates of a nursing program eligible
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse
- BLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable
