RN Residency Spring 2027 - Piedmont Augusta

Develop clinical judgment to recognize changes in patient conditions and urgency while cultivating communication skills for colleague and patient engagement. Participate in cohort experiences for peer socialization and complete didactic content tailored for new graduates. Receive precepted orientation and blended learning within a 12-month transition-to-practice program starting February/March 2027. Apply nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients from birth through the lifecycle across acute care, critical care, emergency, and specialty units.
